The Battle Frontier - Audition

For the great Battle Frontier group OCT challenge project thing SO MANY ADJECTIVES!

I printed out the form initially... that's why the Pokemon Pictures are so small (heh) But still really cute.

THE TRAINER: Chal Usine
Chal is from Mauville City in the Hoenn region, where she started out with her first Pokemon and Pokedex. After a while, she decided to switch over to the Sinnoh league, but still considers herself loyal to both organizations, and she still uses her old Hoenn Pokedex.
Personality wise, Chal is a bit of a spaz. She loves the color blue, she love her Pokemon, and she gets really excited around accomplished trainers. Unlike a lot of Pokemon Trainers, Chal isn't totally crushed by losses. She has a win-some-lose-some attitude, but she would like to win all the time.
Chal is nearsighted, not terribly but bad enough that she needs them for battles or when meeting new people, or in really crowded areas.
Chal's battling style is pretty simple. Each of her Pokemon have different strategies and she plays on their strengths and weaknesses. She hates to just rely on one Pokemon, but if she would need to, she could.

THE POKEMON:
Ruff the Manetric: Chal's first Pokemon. They've been together for a long time, and are great friends. Chal considers Ruff the leader of the team, or at least, the most senior member.
Nature: Lax
Item: Magnet

Io the Gliscor: One of Chal's favorite Pokemon from Sinnoh. Io is always in a good mood, and he acts to rally the team. He wears a scarf with the symbol for Jupiter/Tin for good luck.
Nature: Docile
Item: Shell Bell

Pippi the Empoleon: Chal's official "starter pokemon" from the Sinnoh legure. Pippi's got a big attitude and a big ego, but he's never afraid to stand up for himself and his teammates.
Nature: Hardy
Item: Quick Claw

Altraya the Altaria: An aloof pokemon that Chal received from a friend as an egg. He's grown a lot under her care, but still never misses on the chance to show off.
Nature: Bold
Item: Quick Claw as well

Yukipen the Froslass: Formerly a snorunt, Chal held out on her evolution until she could find a dawn stone in Sinnoh. She's sweet but has a wild side.
Nature: Bold (by breeding)
Item: Zap Plate

Grandin the Breelomb: Chal's newest addition to the team. Grandin is probably the most level headed Pokemon on her team, not much a leader and more a follower.
Nature: Serious
Item: (eh, can't think of one)

Alot of these guys are Pokemon I own on the games, from Sapphire and from Platinum.
And, of course, Chal is that trainer you see me draw sometimes. She's based off myself, especially the glasses part.
