Meet the Directors

What do balloons, the wind, assassins, chaos and Pokemon have to do with each other?
Nothing. Until now!

The Cardinal Directors, a troupe of super-Pokemon who go around getting the bad guys and whoever else gets in their way. Not necessarily good, or evil (with maybe one exception), these guys prevent the Pokemon world from falling into decay as the human world has.
Each of the members have a code-name related to the color balloon and direction of wind they control. The four "Heads" - those named after the cardinal directions - are the bosses of the troupe and the other directions their apprentices. They each have some different powers from the norm of their species, but they all share a few powers - the power to kill, the power to control wind, and the power to create specific colored balloons at will. It comes in handy a lot more than you'd suspect.
So those are the Cardinal Directors. Out of them, 3 are girls (NW, NE and E) and one is definitely evil (umm... South anyone?) and one of them has an obsession with the Human cartoon Naruto (take your guess).
