Yes I might be a little late with this one here... I was so busy this past week so that's my only excuse. But nevermind! It's Libra the Scales!
CARBONS ZODIAC: LIBRA
PERSONALITY: Libra is a Carbon of justice. She believes that if you hurt her friends, she's going to hurt you, and that if you do the right thing, she'll reward you with friendship. Libra can be a bit grating at times, especially her voice. She has a great imagination and a fascination with dragons, and Cancer.
BATTLE: Libra prefers the abilities provided to her in Compound form, but she loves battling in her Complete form as well. She's a bit of an obnoxious battler, and she has a tendency to over-think her moves.
DESIGN: Based on Terezi definitely. I like to think of Terezi as perpetually smiling so that's why Libra always has that smug grin on her face. I love, love her Complete form, I think it's a really solid design.

Colors are really cool and the way her horns change shape is fun. I also like the little changes of her snout too. Love those zig-zaggy hind legs on the complete and compound forms. The gaseous tail maybe positioned too low on the Compound, and Complete forms though, like it isn't exactly the continuity of a spine, but looking more like a. .erm. . . fart cloud than a tail of gaseous material. That said, awesome designs, especially the complete form with those antler-like horns, square spikes and markings.
